Hosted by PLNZ, join project manager Annemarie Thomas,  Ian Littleworth, Manager Future Libraries Kāpiti District Libraries, and Monika Prasad, Manager Auckland Council Tupu Youth Library, to learn more about Te Tōtara framework and different approaches to implementation.This online session is aimed at public library managers and team leaders.

Te Tōtara is a capability framework for our Aotearoa library and information sector. It is a set of skills, behaviours and attitudes needed to do our jobs well, now and in the future. It includes most of the capabilities needed for libraries and related teams, is based on best practices, and considers evolving competencies such as digital information storage and sharing.

You will be introduced to Te Tōtara, learn about how it can be effectively used with your team, and the resources available to support you.
