Question 1: Please provide your full name and position for the AGM Minutes Noted on the 2022 AGM Minutes -- 62 Participants 2: Motion: To confirm the Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting as a true and accurate record of its proceedings.
3: Motion: To accept the 2022 Annual Report as read. 4: Motion: To accept the 2022 Audited Financial Accounts as read.
5: Motion: To authorise the Executive Committee to select and appoint an appropriate Auditor or Reviewer for the 2022/23 Annual Accounts.
6. Motion: That the Full Member fees remain as they are, comprising a combination of base fee and population fee. The Additional Member ($0) and Associate Member ($75) fees to remain at 2017/18 levels.
