Nikki Shaw
Nikki joined James Bennett in February 2015 after working for over 20 years in various library sectors. Her role involves supporting libraries with collections, training, and project management. She is also the Account Manager for NZ libraries using collectionHQ and the local Sales Consultant for Baker & Taylor.
Nikki has strong skills in acquisitions, collection processes, ILS management, and IT support. She is also experienced in staff and end-user training (having originally trained as a teacher) and has managed numerous collaborative projects with both library and external teams.

Brigitte Gladstone
As IT and Business Implementation Manager, Brigitte liaises with all departments and oversees project implementation.
Within her role in IT, she specializes in EDI, LMS transitioning, and setting up customer account order codes. Brigitte joined James Bennett in 2010 beginning in the Cataloguing and CLS Administration departments.

Shona van Ee – Acting Business Development and Operations Manager
Shona has been working with the National Library for the last two years leading the Technical Support Analysts team.  Shona ensures that the computer systems and networks are secure and working as efficiently as possible.  She works across both services; Kōtui and APNK, though the majority of her time is working on APNK.  Shona oversees the Kōtui and APNK service desk and is responsible for all testing and improvements to the service.

Dr Stephen Hardman
